椰漿 100g 麵粉 1湯匙
黃糖 100g
做法:1. 南瓜蒸熟,放入攪拌機攪碎。
2. 將椰漿和黃糖煮溶,加入班蘭葉拌香,過濾備用。
3. 把做法(2)放入鍋,加入南瓜泥,以中火煮10分鐘,灑入麵粉,攪勻再煮15分鐘。
備註:椰漿可以取代鮮奶,而麵粉切勿加水。

Normally i just stim and mash and fed my boy.
Anggie, of course ur 8 mon boy can try this pumpkin jam. But the santan shall be replace by milk.
