彤所吃的粥可稱爲3 In 1粥,原因是通常都放3种材料:肉類 + 蔬菜 + 其它 (每餐不一樣菜式)
肉類計有:魚(江魚仔,三文魚,紅魚),豬肉,雞肉
蔬菜計有:spinach,tomatoes,potatoes,carrot,pumpkin,sweet corn,peas.....
其它計有:kampung蛋,乾貝,枸杞,紅棗,偶爾marmite

右圖:午餐:豬肉+南瓜+枸杞
晚餐:雞肉+菠菜+江魚仔
用slow cooker 煮3小時

hey... i do similar porridges for my girl leh. but then, nowaday she is picky and only like to take soup and noodle... :< tough task to me!
我通常会把江鱼仔炒香,然后放进 blender 搅到粉状,然后,tapik 起来,收在瓶子里,每次吃粥时,就把一汤匙加进粥里面,比较营养哦!剩下的记得放进冰箱里以保持它的新鲜感。
