最近轉性很勤勞下廚,一來每個人都說我瘦了,想讓自己吃點好的;二來彤彤漸漸大了,可以和我們共吃大人餐。
當然,要煮些好吃的,特別的,一定要在周末才有時間辦到。

砂煲魚肉高麗菜

材料有:魚肉快,高麗菜花,甜豆,日本豆腐,番茄,紅蘿蔔
麻油蛋包碎肉
材料有:姜絲,蛋,碎豬肉,麻油
我的最愛之一!這道潮洲家鄉菜源自已故外婆,外婆廚藝一級棒!!!
清蒸耶菜花

材料:青耶菜花,蒜頭油,耗油
蠻簡單的菜式,卻帶給我無比的滿足感!三道菜彤彤都可以吃,營養價值也很高!
烹調烘焙我都蠻喜歡,但是時間固然也是重要造就因素之一。希望我可以繼續這般勤勞啦,也要繼續向媽媽偷師才行!
