材料:

A)水餃皮,鮮蝦,豬肉,薯粉,醬油,麻油,蒜頭,胡椒粉
B)江魚仔,愛心/包菜/菜膽,鹽
做法:
1. 把鮮蝦和豬肉剁碎,加入少許薯粉,醬油,麻油和胡椒粉攪勻后,用水餃皮包起淊料。
2.蒜頭剁碎做蒜頭油備用。
3.把江魚仔加入湯裏滾至出味,后加入少許鹽,青菜,已包好的水餃,稍微滾熟即可上桌。
